A unique AirBnB and Event venue located in Downtown Brownwood. This historic home was completed in 1905 and is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment. You may choose from two suites located upstairs in the main house or our private cottage located behind the main house. All are spacious with full amenities and beautifully curated. This Historic home offers a variety of rentable spaces for your overnight stay.

Suite A

This suite includes a Master Bedroom with a King sized bed, the adjacent room has a sitting area, full sized bed and private bathroom. The suite has its own Keurig & coffee station, Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. The upstairs Living Room is available to our suite guests as well as the downstairs areas with a scrumptious breakfast buffet available in the dining room before you start your day. You will receive a key to your suite and a unique door code for the private entry.

Suite B

This spacious suite includes two rooms and a private restroom with an antique claw foot tub. Enjoy a Master Bedroom with a King bed, seating area, dresser and closet. The adjacent room (or get Ready Room) includes a trundle bed which can be set as a single twin, two twin beds or a king sized bed. The suite has its own Keurig & coffee station, Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, hair dryer. The upstairs Living Room is available to our suite guests as well as the downstairs areas with a scrumptious breakfast buffet available in the dining room before you start your day. You will receive a key to your suite and a unique door code for the private entry.

The Cottage

This quaint cottage, once a servants quarters includes a private bedroom upstairs with a full sized bed, dressing room and bathroom. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa, kitchen, and laundry room. The downstairs areas of the main house are open to all of our guests with a scrumptious breakfast buffet available in the dining room before you start your day. You will receive a unique door code to the cottage and main house.
